We are here to make your journey as seamless as possible.
How do I check in and out?
After booking your stay, you will receive a booking confirmation email which will include a booking number.
When you arrive at the hotel, you can check in using the self-service kiosk in the reception. Type in your booking number in the kiosk, make your payment, and you will receive your key card and room number from the self-service kiosk.
Use the self-service kiosk to check out by simply typing in your room number and leaving your key card in the box next to the self-service kiosk.
If you need any assistance with the check-in and checkout process, front desk staff will be available to assist you.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options. We do not accept cash payment.
Can I check in early and checkout late?
We offer early check-in from 8am at an additional cost of NOK 500.
We offer late checkout until 2pm at an additional cost of NOK 500.
Please note, that early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes. Luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after checkout. Front desk staff will be available to assist you with this.
What does my room include?
All rooms are equipped with a comfy bed, desk, chair and a TV. The bathrooms have soap, shower gel and a hairdryer. There is free WiFi in all hotel rooms.
Is there WiFi?
There is free high-speed WiFi throughout the hotel.
Is there a TV in my room?
Yes, all guest rooms are equipped with a TV.
Are there kitchen facilities?
We do not have kitchen facilities for guests to use in the hotel or in the guest rooms.
Are there ironing facilities?
The ironing room is located on the 2nd floor.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. We offer a continental breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet is open from 8am to 11am and can be purchased at the hotel.

Is there parking at the hotel? Where can I park my car?
Unfortunately, we do not have parking facilities at the hotel.
However, you may use local street parking, which is available on streets close to the hotel. Please check signs for time limits and payment.
There is also a private APCOA car park called Tøyen P-hus close to the hotel. This is not affiliated with the hotel. Please check signs for opening times and payment.

When does my room get cleaned?
Guest rooms are cleaned when a guest checks out of the hotel.
If you would like room cleaning during your stay, this will need to be booked and paid for in advance. Please speak to front desk staff.
If you would like extra bedsheets or towels, you can collect these from the reception on the 1st floor.
Can I get extra towels?
Extra towels, pillows and bedsheets can be collected from the reception on the 1st floor.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to bring pets to the hotel.
